Colonial Government's claim to rent

for the Sham Shui Po camp site, (b) the

War Department's claim in respect of the

cost of anti-malarial works, (c) the

terms of transfer of the Kau Lung Tsai

area, and (d) user by the public of the

Colony of certain roads constructed or

improved, or about to be constructed or

improved, by the Military Authorities, I

have etc. to transmit to you a copy of

correspondence with the War Office on the

subject, and to inform you that I approve

of an agreement being concluded on the

lines proposed in the despatch under reference.
